These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unreelvault.com (the "Service"), operated by UNREEL LLC, a California limited liability company ("UNREEL", "we"). By using the Service or purchasing a membership you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides a library of text prompts for AI video generation, a prompt-building tool, and related content. Access to locked content requires a paid membership.
Membership is offered monthly ($12, renewing every month) or annually ($99, renewing every 12 months), and renews automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel. You authorize us (via our payment processor, Shopify Payments) to charge your payment method each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Generation credit top-ups are separate one-time purchases. See our Refund Policy.
When your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts and builder outputs to create videos and other works, including for your own commercial projects and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share, or repackage the prompt library or any substantial part of it, whether free or paid, and you may not share your account. The prompt library and Service remain the property of UNREEL LLC.
Videos you generate with third-party AI tools (such as Kling, Sora, Veo, Runway, Higgsfield, or Hailuo) are governed by those tools' own terms. We are not affiliated with those providers, make no promises about their output quality, rights, or availability, and product names are used only to describe compatibility. You are responsible for how you use your generated content.
Prompt Builder combines your selected Vault components and scene details into a finished prompt and saves it to your account. Each completed build costs 1 credit ($0.01) and requires an active membership. You are responsible for reviewing the resulting prompt before use.
100 UNREEL credits equals $1 USD of generation balance. Top-ups are available at $25 for 2,500 credits, $50 for 5,000 credits, and $100 for 10,000 credits. Purchased credits do not expire.
Eligible members receive 870 monthly credits, equivalent to $8.70 of generation balance, per calendar month. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Each unused legacy token converts to 29 credits, equivalent to $0.29 of generation balance.
Image and video generation prices vary by model and selected settings. The credit and dollar cost is displayed before submission. Credits are reserved when a request is submitted and released if the generation is confirmed as failed. Pending requests remain reserved until resolved, and monthly credits retain their original expiration date.
You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive (including undisclosed impersonations of real people), and not to scrape, copy, frame, or reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to bypass its access controls.
Figures we cite about our own work (such as cumulative organic impressions of videos released by UNREEL) describe our results, not a promise of yours. Your results depend on your content, tools, and distribution — we guarantee no particular outcome.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNREEL LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (including license violations or account sharing); if we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
We may update the Service, pricing, and these Terms. Material changes to recurring pricing or these Terms will be notified (for example by email or on-site notice) before they apply to your next renewal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
