Everything sold on this site — the Prompt Vault membership and generation credit top-ups — is a digital product delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately at purchase, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we have made a billing error.
Your membership renews automatically — $12 every month on the monthly plan, or $99 every 12 months on the annual plan — until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and cancellation stops all future charges immediately — you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fees, no questions.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact team@unreelinc.com within 30 days and we will make it right promptly.
100 UNREEL credits equals $1 USD of generation balance. Purchased credits do not expire. Credit purchases remain subject to the refund terms and billing-error exceptions above.
Credits are reserved when a generation request is submitted. If the request is confirmed as failed, its reserved credits are released to the original purchased or monthly balance. This is a release of credits, not a cash refund. Monthly credits retain their original expiration date.
Requests that are still processing or awaiting status confirmation remain reserved until their status is resolved.
