Who we are
This site is operated by UNREEL LLC, a California limited liability company registered in California, United States, at 30765 Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 200, Malibu, CA 90265. For anything in this policy, contact team@unreelinc.com.
What we collect
Only two things, and only when you give them to us.
- Email address — when you submit the free-prompts form, to open the free prompts and send the monthly drop.
- First name — same form, optional, so we can address emails to you.
- Billing details — when you subscribe. Handled entirely by Shopify; we never see or store card data.
What we do not collect
- No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no fingerprinting. We do not know which prompts you read or how long you stayed.
- No cookies. The site sets none. It uses browser local storage for two values only.
- No advertising networks and no sale or sharing of personal information.
- Reference images never leave your device. A photo attached in the Prompt Builder is previewed locally in your browser and is never uploaded or stored by us.
Storage on your device
We store two values in your browser local storage. They stay on your device, are not transmitted to us, and are not cookies: one recording that you signed up, and one recording that you are a member. Clearing your browser data removes both.
Who we share it with
- Shopify — payments and subscription management. They act as processor for checkout and hold your billing details under their own privacy policy.
- [EMAIL PROVIDER] — stores your email address and sends the monthly drop.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Billing records are kept by Shopify for as long as tax law requires, typically seven years.
Your rights
Wherever you live, email team@unreelinc.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. We respond within 30 days, free of charge.
UK and EEA: the UK GDPR and GDPR give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Our lawful basis is consent for marketing email, and contract for your subscription.
California, where we are based: the CCPA and CPRA give you rights to know, delete, correct and opt out. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will never treat you differently for exercising a right.
Children
This service is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We hold very little, and payment data never touches our systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but the less we collect the less there is to lose.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for anything material we will email everyone on the list before it takes effect.
