Who we are

This site is operated by UNREEL LLC, a California limited liability company registered in California, United States, at 30765 Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 200, Malibu, CA 90265. For anything in this policy, contact team@unreelinc.com.

What we collect

Only these things, and only when you give them to us.

• Email address — when you submit the free-prompts form, to open the free prompts and send the monthly drop.
• First name — same form, optional, so we can address emails to you.
• Billing details — when you subscribe. Handled entirely by Shopify; we never see or store card data.
• Prompt Builder scene — when you generate a prompt, your scene, selected components and filled-in fields are sent to our server and combined into a finished prompt. We store the scene, resulting prompt and usage record against your account. The current Prompt Builder does not send these inputs to Anthropic. Please do not include confidential information in prompts.
• Generation inputs and saved assets — for supported image and video generation, we process your prompt, model, settings and uploaded references. Higgsfield routes supported requests to the selected model. Uploaded references and completed outputs are stored on our backend, including Cloudflare storage, and associated with your account for My Library.

What we do not collect

• No third-party advertising trackers. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no advertising networks. Our commerce platform, Shopify, sets its own cookies and collects standard commerce analytics (pages viewed, cart and checkout events, approximate location, device type) to run the store, prevent fraud and process payments — see Shopify’s privacy policy.
• No sale of personal information and no sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• Prompt Builder reference preview. A reference photo selected only for the local preview in Prompt Builder stays in your browser. Selecting and submitting media in the image/video Studio uploads it to our backend and shares the required inputs with the generation provider.

Service and browser records

Our backend stores job status, prompts, token usage, uploaded references and generated outputs to provide your library, recover interrupted requests and prevent duplicate charges. Your authoritative purchased-token balance, usage and generated library are held on our server and linked to your account.

The storefront uses browser storage for preferences, favorites, free-prompt access, recent Builder prompts and pending generation requests. Clearing browser data removes these local conveniences but does not erase your server-side library or purchased-token balance. Shopify uses cookies for your cart, account session and commerce analytics.

Who we share it with

• Shopify — payments and subscription management. They act as processor for checkout and hold your billing details under their own privacy policy.
• Shopify, our commerce platform — stores your email address and sends the monthly drop.
• Higgsfield and the selected generation provider — receive the prompt, settings and references needed for supported image/video generation. We do not send your Shopify payment-card details with generation requests.
• Cloudflare — hosts backend services and storage for account usage, uploaded references and completed generated assets.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Billing records are kept by Shopify for as long as tax law requires, typically seven years.

Your rights

Wherever you live, email team@unreelinc.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. We respond within 30 days, free of charge.

UK and EEA: the UK GDPR and GDPR give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Our lawful basis is consent for marketing email, and contract for your subscription.

California, where we are based: the CCPA and CPRA give you rights to know, delete, correct and opt out. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will never treat you differently for exercising a right.

Children

This service is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security and your library

The site uses HTTPS. Library access requires account authentication. Media previews and downloads use temporary signed links; anyone you share a working link with may be able to view the file until it expires. We retain account assets and usage records to provide the service, subject to your rights and the retention considerations above. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, and download a copy of outputs you need to keep independently. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for anything material we will email everyone on the list before it takes effect.
